Lalaloopsy Birthday Party

For my daughter's 3rd birthday we decided to do a Lalaloopsy doll theme.  My daughter loves Lalaloopsy dolls!  It is quite possible that mommy loves them more, but all the more fun for me to create the party decorations!
I decided to use pink and sort of a Tiffany blue.  I found great Lalaloopsy stickers at Target, which were great for "Lalaloopsifying" everything.
For the favors, we did bubble gum and candy necklaces in little plastic bags from Michaels and stapled them closed with color coordinating paper and a Lalaloopsy sticker.  You can see them in the top right of the picture.  I also made pink popcorn using air popped popcorn drizzled with melted pink candy melts.  It was delicious!
A family member who is an awesome baker and cake decorator made the cake.  So cute and tasty!  She used the bottom side of colored candy melts as the surface of the "buttons" and white chocolate for the button holes around the edge of the cake.  What a great idea!
I got a bunch of dress-up items from Dollar Tree and set up this Lalaloopsy tent for dress-up time.  The girls had so much fun!
Party favors.
Party hats & blowers decorated with Lalaloopsy stickers.
I used Lalaloopsy items my daughter already had for centerpieces.
We went very simple with the food.  The party was at 2pm so we figured most people had already eaten.  I cut out a few Lalaloopsy dolls from the covers of coloring books my daughter already had.
I made this pennant Happy Birthday banner out of scrapbook paper.  It photographed terribly, but turned out super cute!  I used the pattern at this site.
I got the idea from Pinterest to get helium balloons and hang pictures of my daughter from birth to 3.  Fun memories!
While planning the party, I spent a lot of time googling pictures of Lalaloopsy parties and wow, people are so creative!  What great sources of ideas and inspiration!  I got a lot of my ideas and inspiration from this site.  So cute!
